Hello Kitty Cafe, Hongdae

Many of you may have been to the old hello kitty cafe in hongdae. The old one is currently closed (DO NOT BE DISAPPOINTED), the new one is located just few more streets ahead. 

Nearest subway station: hongik university station (hongdae)

 This is how the new hello kitty cafe looks like.

 Ordered their signature latte and this is the type of service i received. Does the above looks like a hello kitty to you seriously? I cant believe they dare to serve this out to customers..

 They have hello kitty bed room at their second level as well.

 Out of service. Their female toilet was out of service.. Most of their customers are female and now, the female toilet is out of service?! Customers were told to use the male toilet but it was.. very dirty and have an unpleasant smell..

Overall, i would rate my experience to this cafe 2/5 stars.
Will i visit again? Most probably no due to the bad service and the drink was not delicious as well.

I even posted on their facebook page regarding the drink they serve me but i receive no reply or apology from the staff.

They need to improve on their PR skills seriously.
